Before submitting your manuscript please read the

Also, please confirm the following details in the cover
letter: Is this manuscript 100% original and unpublished,
free from plagiarism and copyrights? Has this manuscript
been published in parts (text/figures/tables) in any
conference proceedings or other journals or any other
language or media whatsoever?
To submit a manuscript, fill in the following form and click
the Submit button. All tables, figures and other graphics
should be included in a single file. Accepted formats during
initial submission is Microsoft Word or PDF. Final
MANUSCRIPT FILE SHOULD BE IN Microsoft WORD FORMAT (2007 or
earlier) or LATEX with associated files.
Enter the corresponding author's information below. During
submission, you will be asked to provide the names, e-mail
address (preferably the official e-mail id's) and
affiliations of all authors and the details least FIVE
potential national/international experts from different
countries with their institutional e-mail id and ADDRESS.
The proposed reviewers should be experts and should have
competence to review the manuscript. Failure to provide the
above information would lead to return of the manuscript or
cause considerable delay in the review process.
If the manuscript goes out for review after the initial
screening or after receiving the reviewers comments,
authors should submit duly filled copy right form
(available on the journal website). The copy right form
should be filled and signed by a faculty member whose title
(e.g. Prof./Asst.Prof./Lecturer..) and employer (e.g.
Clarkson University) details should be clearly indicated in
the form. The copy right forms without requisite details
(name of employer and address, physical signature of a
faculty) will be rejected. The manuscript reference number
should be indicated on the top right corner of the
manuscript and the same should be used as the file name (e.g
18-10 CTA). The signed copy right form in pdf format(
formats such as image, jpeg etc., are not accepted) should
be sent as an attachment to the e-mail
'joneic2013@gmail.com'. Please indicate the manuscript
number in the subject line.
For submitting the revised version of your manuscript,
follow the same procedure by indicating the old manuscript
number in the subject line.
Manuscript Guidelines:
1.a. Only online submission using MsTracker is admitted.
Details of all authors with their e-mail id must be
provided while uploading the manuscript. Also, details of 5
potential international reviewers must also be provided.
Failure to furnish the above details lead to return of
manuscript.
1.b. Journal of Nanofluids has a policy to give authors a
single chance to revise the manuscript and hence authors
are advised to carefully revise their manuscript by
considering all the suggestions of reviewer(s) / editor.
2. The corresponding author must be a faculty (and not a
student), whose name should be indicated with an asterisk
and the institutional e-mail address must be provided
below the address on the first page.
3. Zip (PIN codes) of city, City names, country name
must be provided along with full address and country name.
4. ONLY 5% of SELF CITATIONS ARE ALLOWED. Please
check all the references for completeness. It should be
formatted as per the journal style.
5. The final version of the manuscript should be uploaded
as a Word (2007 or earlier version) or Tex format. (TeX
format should be submitted along with other files including
response to reviewers comments and signed copy right
transfer form as a single zip file).
6. While submitting revised manuscript files, response to
reviewers comments and cover letter shall be made as a
single WORD document or as a Zip file in the case of latex
and associated files. Include the signed copy right form in
the zip file.
7. Authors are encouraged to submit appealing illustrations
(photos, images etc.) for the cover of each issue. The
illustration should be accompanied by ~ 50 word details
along with the courtesy. (Please check the online edition
for more details).
8. Authors are encouraged to supply figures in colors
wherever it is possible.
9. Journal has a policy to black list those authors who do
not return the proof corrections well in time, as it results
in considerable delay in the publication and those who
withdraw the publications at any stage. Of course penalty as
per ASP norms is applicable for withdrawal after acceptance
or at proof stage.
10. Non-adherence of the above guideline can lead to
rejection of manuscript.
