To submit a manuscript, fill in the following form and click
the Submit button. All tables, figures and other graphics
should be contained within a single file.

Enter the corresponding author's information below. 
Please make sure that the COVER LETTER includes the names
and affiliations of ALL authors. 
Author-identifying information should be removed from the
manuscript file, including any found through the
File-->Properties menu option.

Publication Fee
From 1 August 2016 there is a Publication Fee for articles
submitted on or after this date, and that are accepted for
publication.   
Authors pay 400 EUR/USD for an accepted article. Page
charges do not apply to feature articles.
