| Instructions: |
Thank you for choosing to submit your manuscript to the IJAHSP. We
know you have many choices. To make the process a bit easier, please
follow the instructions below.
*** To submit a manuscript, first read the guide to authors and
assure that your manuscript conforms to the format specified. Review
the Editor/Review/author checklist prior to submission.

http://ijahsp.nova.edu/guide.html
1. Zip all files into one file (Manuscript, jpg files, figures, etc..
You can find an excellent zip program at www.filzip.com.
2. Tables must be placed in the manuscript where they belong with
their number and description. Tables must be created with the table
function in Word. They must fit on a portrait sized page. Landscape
is not accepted in the main manuscript and must be part of an
appendix.
3. Figures and Photos must be converted to jpg. Do not submit a
figure created with the draw feature in word. All figures and
photographs must be converted to jpg and included in the zipped file
as separate files. Do include them in the manuscript itself. Merely
leave markers in the manuscript as to where the photos and figures
should appear and include them in the zipped file. Do not place
Figure numbers or description in the figure jpg itself. Include the
Figure number and title with the marker in the text.
4. The name of the uploaded ZIP file must have no spaces. For
instance, The_effects_of_aspirin or theeffectsofaspirin.
5. Any manuscript with more than 6 authors must have documentation of
the authorship contribution of each author detailed in the cover
letter window below.
7. Type the full name of the article in the box provided below. This
can be typed normally such as, The Effects of Aspirin on Aging.
IMPORTANT information about resubmission:
When resubmitting a revised manuscript, select "REVISED SUBMISSION"
then enter the previous tracking number in the space provided. Also
complete all boxes as before. Be sure to include a letter, with the
manuscript, without identifying information, describing the revisions
made or not made and why.
If you choose to not revise a section requested by a reviewer, give
sound reasoning for your decision.
